ID Verification & Consent Procedures (Performers)

Godshack production, s.r.o. (the “Operator”), operator of AngeloGodshackXXX.com (the “Website”), verifies the identity, age and consent of every person appearing in content on the Website. This document describes those procedures, which support our 18 U.S.C. §2257 Record-Keeping Compliance Statement.

1. Identity and age verification

Before any content featuring a performer is produced and published, the Operator:

• collects a valid, government-issued photo identification document (such as a passport or national ID card) from each performer;
• confirms that the performer was at least 18 years of age at the time of production;
• records the performer’s legal name, date of birth and any professional name(s) used.

2. Consent and model release

For every production, each performer signs a written consent and model-release agreement confirming that they:

• participate voluntarily and of their own free will;
• consent to the specific acts recorded;
• consent to the recording being distributed and published on the Website;
• understand how to request removal of the content in future.

Consent is informed, specific and documented. A performer may withdraw participation before publication.

3. Record-keeping and custodian

All identification and consent records are retained in accordance with 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75. Records are held securely by the Records Custodian and are available for inspection during normal business hours at:

4. Data protection

Performer identification and consent records contain personal data and are processed and secured in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and lawful inspection.

5. Withdrawal and removal

A performer may request removal of content in which they appear at any time by contacting support@angelogodshackxxx.com or the Records Custodian. Such requests are handled as a priority under our Content Removal Policy.

6. Review

These procedures are reviewed periodically and updated as required by law. The current version is always available on this page.
