CSAM, Non-Consensual & Illegal Content Procedures

Godshack production, s.r.o. (the “Operator”), operator of AngeloGodshackXXX.com (the “Website”), maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”), non-consensual content, and any other illegal content. This document describes how we prevent, detect, remove, escalate and report such content.

1. Prohibited content

The following are strictly prohibited on the Website under all circumstances:

  • any content depicting, describing or suggesting a minor (any person under 18), including apparent-minor, “age-play” and computer-generated depictions;
  • non-consensual content, including content recorded or distributed without the informed consent of every person depicted (e.g. “revenge porn”, hidden-camera, coerced or intoxicated participants);
  • content depicting trafficking, rape, sexual violence, or serious harm;
  • any other content that is illegal under applicable law.

2. Prevention

All content is produced or curated by the Operator and reviewed before publication under our Content Moderation Policy. Every performer’s age and consent are verified and documented under our 18 U.S.C. §2257 procedures. The Website does not host an open, unmoderated public upload feed.

3. Detection and reporting channel

Anyone who becomes aware of prohibited content on the Website must report it immediately to support@angelogodshackxxx.com, or via the Content Removal page. A report should, where possible, identify the URL and describe the concern. Reports may be made anonymously and are treated as urgent and confidential.

4. Response procedure

On receipt of a report, or on our own detection, of suspected CSAM, non-consensual or illegal content:

  1. Immediate removal / disabling. The content is removed or access to it is disabled without delay, on a precautionary basis, pending review.
  2. Preservation of evidence. The content and associated data (account, upload and access logs) are preserved securely for the purpose of investigation and lawful disclosure, and are not deleted where they may constitute evidence.
  3. Review. A senior member of the Operator’s team reviews the report and the associated §2257 and consent records.
  4. Escalation and reporting. Confirmed or credibly suspected CSAM is reported to the competent law-enforcement authorities and, where appropriate, to relevant hotlines (e.g. NCMEC in the United States, or the national police / INHOPE-affiliated hotline in the relevant jurisdiction), in accordance with our Law Enforcement Contact Guidelines. We do not conduct our own “investigation” of suspected CSAM beyond what is necessary to preserve and report it.
  5. Account action. Any account or partner responsible for prohibited content is suspended or terminated.
  6. Notification. Where lawful and appropriate, the reporter is informed of the outcome.

5. Non-consensual content

Where content is reported as non-consensual, or where a depicted person requests removal on the basis that they did not consent to its recording or distribution, the content is removed promptly pending verification, and permanently where non-consent is confirmed. Requests from depicted persons are prioritised.

6. Record-keeping

We maintain records of reports received, actions taken and reports made to authorities, in a manner consistent with our legal obligations and data-protection law.

7. Review

These procedures are reviewed periodically and updated as required. The current version is always available on this page.
