Content Moderation Policy

Godshack production, s.r.o. (the “Operator”), operator of AngeloGodshackXXX.com (the “Website”), is committed to ensuring that all content published on the Website is lawful, consensual, and produced exclusively with adult performers. This Content Moderation Policy describes how content is reviewed and controlled before and after publication.

1. Ownership and control of content

All content published on the Website is produced, curated and published by the Operator or by verified partners under the Operator’s direct control. The Website does not accept anonymous or unmoderated user uploads to the public catalogue. This gives the Operator full control over what is published.

2. Pre-publication review

Before any content is published, it is reviewed by an authorised member of the Operator’s team to confirm that:

• every person depicted was at least 18 years old at the time of production, verified against government-issued identification retained under our 18 U.S.C. §2257 record-keeping procedures;
• every person depicted provided informed, documented consent to the recording and to its distribution;
• the content does not depict, promote or reference minors, non-consensual acts, sexual violence, human trafficking, or any other illegal activity;
• the content complies with these policies, applicable law and the rules of our payment processors and the card schemes.

Content that fails any part of this review is not published.

3. Record-keeping

For every published title, the Operator retains age-verification and consent records in accordance with our 18 U.S.C. §2257 Record-Keeping Compliance Statement and our ID Verification & Consent Procedures. Records are held by the Records Custodian and are available for inspection as required by law.

4. Post-publication monitoring and reporting

The Operator monitors published content and responds to reports from users, partners, payment processors and authorities. Any person may report content they believe violates this policy or the law via support@angelogodshackxxx.com or through the Content Removal page. Reported content is reviewed promptly and removed where a violation is found, in accordance with our Content Removal Policy and CSAM & Illegal Content Procedures.

5. Enforcement

Content found to breach this policy is removed. Where a partner is responsible, their access may be suspended or terminated and, where illegal content is involved, the matter is escalated in accordance with our CSAM & Illegal Content Procedures and Law Enforcement Contact Guidelines.

6. Review of this policy

This policy is reviewed periodically and updated as required by law or by our payment processors. The current version is always available on this page.
